Table One~Mikasa French Countryside and Spode Italian
Table Two~ French Countryside and Vintage Enamel
It has been awhile since I used the Spode Italian to set a table. I decided it would be just the right pattern to set a late Summer pre-Fall table. The only linens are the blue and yellow napkins. I used several blue and white jars for the centerpiece. They stand alone without linen embellishment. Candles or flowers are not needed. I added faux cotton stems and pods to one jar.

The second table is simply a Mikasa French Countryside cup and saucer for morning coffee on the deck. The vintage enamel coffee pot holds a mixed bouquet from Troy Flower Shop, Troy Missouri.
This old world that we're livin' in
Is might hard to beat.
You get a thorn with every Rose
But - ain't the roses sweet?

We are beginning to feel the pull of the Autumnal Equinox. Weather is changing and the light is becoming gloriously Fall like.
