Odds and ends form a vignette atop the refrigerator. I know a cabinet above would give this space a more finished or built in look and provide a little bit of extra storage, however…I love a good vignette. The absence of a cabinet provides all kinds of vignette possibilities.
Bright and early Monday morning, the construction supervisor will do a walk thru. We have a couple of things that need repair. There will be another walk thru at 10 months. We send a list of things like nail pops and other issues, the supervisor does a walk thru and the issues are addressed. With this visit, the supervisor will find our new home a tad bit different from the last time he was here two months ago.

Our trim guy came by Wednesday evening and added the header above the front door. This little bit of trim made such a difference. The door project is just one of the changes since March 23rd.
