A good size foyer. The flooring will be replaced here and a couple of other places. We want a continuous flow of the same flooring from front door through the great room and kitchen. The front hallway is wide and runs from the front door into the great room. There is a closet in this hallway and the laundry and entrance from garage is next on the same side as the closet. Nice sized laundry.

This view is from the dining area toward the half wall stairway to the basement. I have a plan for the half wall that involves the expertise of our trim guy. The door to the right leads into the master suite. The door to the left is the laundry/garage door. Carpet and vinyl will be replaced with hard flooring.
The electric stove is being replaced with one of our upgrades, a gorgeous all stainless gas stove with convection oven.

The unfinished walkout basement has a sliding door and rough in for another bathroom. We have plans for a deck off the dining area.
We are excited to get started filling in our blank space. If all goes well, we will close around March 20th.
