Purple Iris always remind me of Prom 1960. This memory brings a smile. Centerpieces of purple Iris decorated the tables. Tablescapes way back when. I remember painting stones on the backdrop of a stock tank waterfall. That old gym looked like a million dollars!
The yard and gardens are looking better and better every day. We are enjoying being outdoors, especially this Spring.
I’ve wanted one of these bird feeders for awhile. I found this one at a local consignment store. The cup and saucer pattern is Pfaltzgraff Naturewood.
The feeder is a perfect fit for the mailbox garden.
These white Iris will bloom soon.
A package arrived today. Look for a brand new summery table with red and white linens, next week.
Kids and grandkids are stopping by Saturday. They tell me they are bringing breakfast.
Breakfast on the patio and/or back porch sounds wonderful.
Do you have weekend plans?
Enjoy!
