Monday was a beautiful day to be out and about. We ran errands and stopped by Home Goods, where I found a couple of blue and white pieces. One item I found was this blue and white lidded bowl.
The faux tangerines were found at Pier One Imports, another stop on our Monday meanderings.
I also found two sets of 6 Spode Italian dessert forks and a square Spode Italian cake plate, at Home Goods. I now have two of those cake plates. I’m planning a little dessert or tea table using the new Spode.
The following photos are from a table setting done in January 2013. I love to photograph blue and white dishes.
Click the highlighted link to see more of the wine and cheese table done with Spode Italian. The post originally appeared on Back Porch Musings, 1/7/2013.
I’m working in the hearth room, putting together vignettes and making plans for the small makeover in that room. If you missed the final mantel decision for that room you can find it at Mantel and Hearth.
Colder temps have returned to Missouri. We have a little bit of snow leftover, but the sun is shining, chasing away Winter blues.
The aroma of beef stew is wafting through the house. Cozy comfortable Winter day at our home.
