Fresh evergreen wreath for the front door.
The Dining Room
The Foyer
The Living Room
Through the door, catch a glimpse of the hearth room. That room, the breakfast room, and kitchen will be on tour, December 12th for A Farmhouse Christmas Tour.
The Master Bedroom
The mantel in the master bedroom is one of four we will decorate for Christmas. The hearth room mantel and back porch mantel will be seen in A Farmhouse Christmas Tour. The mantel, in the lower level “lodge” will be seen in an upcoming post at BPM.
The tree skirt is a 70 inch round tablecloth, draped around the tree stand.
I’ve had the Lenox lamp finial several years. This year, I used the finial on the small Ralph Lauren lamp.
Jim Shore Santa
Most of our Christmas collection is from several years. There are a couple of new things this year; the deer on the sconces in the dining room, the Santa plates, poinsettia serving dish on the stand in the dining room, and the sled canvas print. Another new Christmas piece is the deer in the foyer. All other ornaments, Santa’s, and bits and pieces have been around awhile.
We purchased the 6.5 foot tree, in our room, at Lowe’s a week or so ago, when we were buying a tree for our granddaughter and her husband. I bought the striped and green ribbons at that time also.
I make all the wreath and tree topper bows. There is a great bow tutorial video on my post, at this LINK.
