When Debbie, of Confessions of a Plate Addict, talked about her table setting vignette finds at Tractor Supply, I couldn’t wait to see what I’ve been missing.
Debbie’s post certainly made me see farm supply stores in a new light.
I finally had the opportunity to make a quick stop at our local Tractor Supply. I wasn’t disappointed. Debbie, thanks so much for the inspiration.
Among the farm items I brought home are the chicken feeder and egg basket, seen in the photo, above.
Plates and cups from our neighbor’s garage sale, napkins and napkin rings from Pier One, and burlap pockets from an after Christmas sale are included in this simple table setting.
I used a small inexpensive rug as a runner. Rooster and hen salt and pepper shakers and red handled flatware complete the tablescape, on the back porch.
Humble and delicious beans and cornbread supper on the back porch.
I found this table, at Pier One, to use for our coffee cups and wine glasses on the back porch. If you missed the post about the summer time spruce up on the porch, you can see it HERE.
