Not long ago, I was inspired to order Pfaltzgraff Antiqued Hen, after visiting Mary and seeing her post featuring these dishes. She does amazing posts, beautifully photographed.

When the new Pfaltzgraff arrived, I decided then and there, I would have them in the barn board cabinet for Spring and Summer.
You will remember the cabinet story. It was custom made for us, with wood reclaimed from an old Missouri barn that was destroyed in a tornado a few years ago.

Antique Hen Or At Least Elderly
Today is April 21st. My mother would have been 91 years old on this day. This little hen cookie jar belonged to my mother. The hen is around 60 years old.
