Kids and g’kids left for home a little while ago.
We had a great Easter, even though some family members are on vacation or unable to be here due to vocation.

Crockpot Corn is a tad different. I thought you might like the recipe. It is so good, almost like dessert.
2 lbs frozen corn
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 or 2 sticks butter (I use one and it works fine)
3 Tbls sugar
3 Tbls water
Place in crockpot, cook on low 3 to 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes or so.
