FOYER TABLE UPDATE
Thursday morning I stood on my head long enough to finish the lower shelf of the foyer table.
Not long ago I told Kathleen (Cuisine Kathleen) I was declaring the decorating finished while I was still having fun. What can I say! I am obsessed…possessed…or something!
BLOGGING IN A HAZE
Wednesday morning I awakened with what I thought might be an inner ear infection. I am well acquainted with this type of infection and know the symptoms. As the day wore on, I realized it was something else entirely. Noah’s little virus of last week, passed between us lovingly amidst hugs, kisses and I love you, had arrived at G’ma’s house!
Through the day I managed to throw a few articles of clothing in a bag and crawl into the shower, preparing for our trip home from the lake. We arrived home around 5 pm or so, Wednesday evening.
Wandering through one of my feverish dreams, Wednesday night, I found the idea for this post.
After nearly 5 years in the land of blog I continue to blog by the seat of my pants. I never plan ahead. Ordinarily, I do not compose blog posts with particular parties in mind. This table idea just popped into my head. When I checked my email, Thursday morning, I saw a notice for Beverly’s Pink Saturday for The Holidays. Voila! A party to go with my idea.
With the help of a Sonic Drive-In Cherry Limeade (good medicine), I planned the table.
During all the hubbub, J. was there, telling me to slow down because I was beginning to worry him! That’s when I would take a little rest and have another cold drink of something or other. By Thursday evening I was beginning to feel a little more normal, whatever that is.
