JANUARY 10TH
Tenth post in ten days, a Foodie post.
This BPM posting marathon is completely outside my usual blogging style. I wonder if I can keep going, until the first week of March, when I celebrate my blogland anniversary.
With temperatures in mid 50’s it feels like anything but January, here in northeast Missouri.
These comfort food sandwiches can be served any time of year.
JANUARY SUPPER
Three pounds boneless pork, I used ribs, Crockpot BBQ Pulled Pork packet, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and water are all you will need.
In slow cooker, cover pork with sauce and cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours.
Homemade sauce will work, also. I usually prefer KC Masterpiece Original.
This was a spontaneous supper. I was looking for something else when I saw the packet and decided, then and there, it would be the perfect supper on this unseasonably warm January day.
