FALL FAVORITE

Last Saturday Zion UCC of Troy made Apple Butter.  We ordered several pints and picked them up Monday.

I’ve made Apple Butter in the oven.  It’s a tad bit of work and needs lots and lots of stirring.

The Apple Butter, shown in these photos, was made outdoors, in big old kettles, over wood fires.

Do we need to ration this?  The first day corn muffins, second day biscuits.
