The rocker is one of two, handmade specifically for us, by a Missouri artisan. The foot stool was made by the same man. The piece above the door was made, by another Missouri artisan, of reclaimed wood and tin.
When we replaced the washer, a couple of years ago, we switched it with the dryer for easier access.
The color is Laura Ashley Gold 3, from Lowes. A rooster theme prevailed in the tiny but efficient laundry.
